Is everything customisable?

Yes – all our products are customisable in some way. We have a huge variety of options to make each product unique for it’s owner, please get in touch to learn more

How long does the customisation process take?

This varies depending on the choice of customisation, however we aim to have all products shipped within 2 working weeks.

I have an idea for customisation but it's not listed as an option

We work with all our customers closely and if it’s an option we don’t offer, we’re happy to look it to see if we can!

Do you offer a warranty?

All our products come with the original manufacturer warranty. All customisation work carried out by ourselves or 3rd parties come with a 1 year warranty with certain conditions. For more information, please see our terms and conditions

What shipping options do you offer?

Alongside the listed shipping options, for higher value or more delicate items, we are happy to work with each individual customer to offer a shipping option that they are happy with. All our products are available to be shipped worldwide

Where are you based?

We are based in The Netherlands and comprise of an international team originating from every continent in the world. This means we can offer support and communications in most languages

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept Bank Transfers but are working to take all forms of credit and debit cards in the near future
