Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands by PostNL. Shipments come with tracking as standard.

We ship orders between Monday to Friday. We do not ship orders at the weekend.

Orders paid for before 1pm CET will be shipped on the same day (unless otherwise stated on the product page). Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following working day.

Shipping times (please note – these are just estimates and are not a guarantee!):

  • Netherlands – 1-2 business days
  • Belgium – 1-3 business days
  • France, Germany, Luxembourg – 2-5 business days
  • Rest of the EU – 3-7 business days
  • Outside EU – we do not ship outside of the EU at this time (including the UK).

Tracking – you will receive your tracking information via email from PostNL as soon as your shipping label has been created. Please note – there may be a delay before your tracking number becomes active.

Returns

At Catering Collective we use a 30 day, hassle-free returns policy.

If at any point within 30 days of purchase, you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it to us free of charge. The item must be unused and within its original packaging with no signs of wear, so please make sure you don’t throw away the packaging until you are sure about your purchase! Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return.

Damaged/Defective Items

All of our culinary equipment at Catering Collective is subject to rigorous quality control checks, but occasionally a unit may become defective due to an unknown manufacturing fault. An item that is defective (or becomes defective within the first 30 days) may be returned to us free of charge (you do not need the original packaging in this instance). If your item becomes defective, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange or refund.

If your item arrives and it is already damaged, please take photographs of the damage and send them to us as soon as possible.

Under extenuating circumstances, Catering Collective may consider accepting a return after 30 days.

When will my money be refunded?

Your money will be refunded within 7 days upon receiving and inspection of your return.

We will tell you via email whether your return has been accepted or not.
